Jaspers was born from curiosity.
Curiosity about how food, beverage, and experience intersect. Some of life’s best moments happen around a table — good food, a drink, easy conversation. We wanted to create something that captured that feeling while filling a gap in the everyday dining landscape.

With our foundation in hospitality and entertainment, food was a natural evolution. We set out to build a concept that brings people together the same way a great concert or unforgettable stay does.
We partnered with chefs to craft a menu blending two of our favorite cuisines — Italian and American — with an emphasis on clean ingredients and balanced options. Elevated, but approachable. Indulgent, but thoughtful.
Then we pushed further.
What if dining wasn’t just a meal, but an experience?
That question led to intimate comedy nights, dinner-and-a-show events, and collaborations that blur the line between restaurant and performance space. At Jaspers, food is the anchor — but energy is the differentiator.
Health and progress are part of the vision, too. We’ve collaborated with our trainers to create simple, high-quality meal prep options for those who want Jaspers-level quality at home. And we’re exploring new extensions — including a THC seltzer and beer line — built around balance, creativity, and modern social rituals.
