One monthly bill. Utilities, WiFi, furniture, and optional add-ons like kitchenware and linens — all included. Show up with a suitcase and you’re home.

Many locations also offer meal prep, pet services, fitness classes, personal training, on-demand maintenance, events, and more. Convenience comes standard.

We offer lease terms from 1 to 12+ months. Today’s renters value freedom — and when you put them first, they stay longer.
